The feast of Nativity of Our Lady, 'Monthi Fest' can be seen here as being celebrated with a great deal of devotion, gaiety and a lot of enthusiasm by the Konkani Community of St. John the Baptist Church, Vijayanagar. Nearly 300 Konkani people assembled for the Konkani Mass on 8th Setember-2007 at 9.00. Rev. Fr. Richard, cap. presided over the Eucharist while Rev. Fr. John Lobo, the Parish Priest concelebrated. |
